​Required Pre-Consultation/Group/Strategy Session Step

To secure your session, you must submit an official Business Services (link) or Hospitality Services Inquiry (link) AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS prior to your scheduled meeting.  If your inquiry is not received in that timeframe, the session will be cancelled and must be rebooked with an additional fee.

Attendance & Rescheduling

• Punctuality is required. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. We cannot extend meetings due to lateness.

• Missed sessions must be rebooked and will require a new payment.

• All sales are final. The HNC Agency maintains a strict no-refund policy for consultations and services.
